Shipping Policy
Holiday Gift Baskets Online agrees to do our best to ship all packages within 2-3 business days after the order is received (by USPS Priority Mail or Fed-Ex Ground which takes 2-5 days to reach its destination from the time it is shipped). Once the package is sent, we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can track your package by choosing "Track Your Order" in the upper right of the home page screen of Holiday Gift Baskets Online. If you wish to have your gift basket reach it's destination sooner, choose Express. Or if you are in a real rush choose Overnight Fedex shipping and your order will go out no later than the next day. Because of the perishible nature of our gift baskets, a physical address must be proveded, we do not ship to post office boxes.
Shipping Internationally: Holiday Gift Baskets Online does not ship outside the United States.
ICE & INSULATION will be included in all chocolate orders where the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit.

Priority Shipping Delivery Averages 2-5 Business Days from the day it it shipped, but is not guaranteed (Includes tracking number). May be shipped via USPS Priority Mail OR Fed-Ex Ground.
During the summer months, orders received on Thursday will not go out until Friday or Saturday, as all packages shipped between Thursday and Saturday will usually arrive on Monday. This delayed shipping time is done to ensure the ice/insulation is being used for the least possible time and will ensure the chocolates do no melt en route.
Express Shipping Delivery Guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of the date it is shipped or shipping fees are refunded (includes tracking number ). May be shipped via USPS Express Mail or Fed-Ex.
Overnight Shipping Delivery Guaranteed to arrive in 1 business day of the date it is shipped or shipping fees are refunded (includes tracking number). May be shipped via Fed-Ex Overnight. If ordered on Friday, our next day guaranteed will be for Tuesday. (Orders with overnight shipping that are received on Friday will go out on Monday and be delivered on Tuesday.)
Return Policy
All Claims for refunds or exchanges due to damage or dissatisfaction MUST BE MADE within 14 days of receipt of package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange
Holiday Gift Baskets Online agrees to ship the package via the customer-specified shipping method.
If a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as Express or Overnight shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund. Since Holiday Gift Baskets Online did everything in its power to deliver the package as posted, Holiday Gift Baskets Online is not responsible for giving the customer a full refund for the gift baskets, but will give a full shipping refund as promised.
Holiday Gift Baskets Online is not required to give a shipping refund if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be delivered due to the following:
1. Recipient Not At the specified address
2. Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend
3. Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room
4. No one was at home at the time of delivery.
5. Package was rejected by recipient
6. Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving said packages.
7. Wrong Address was given by customer.
Customer may also be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if one of the following events occur:
1. Product is Damaged. Refunds will not be given until the damaged product has been returned to Holiday Gift Baskets Online, or to the shipping company to verify damage. Before returning a product to Holiday Gift Baskets Online the customer must notify the Holiday Gift Baskets Online Customer Service Department at 1-800-289-7331 or via e-mail at customerservice@holidaygiftbasketsonline and receive written approval of refund.
2. Package does not arrive at its specified destination, or is delivered to the wrong destination due to improper addressing of the package.

Backorder Policy
If specific holiday gift baskets (such as Father's Day, Christmas, etc) have been sold out, the item will not be available till the next season for that holiday. If a special occasion holiday gift basket (such as baby gift basket, corporate gift baskets, etc.) has been sold out, contact us at 1-800-289-7331 or via e-mail at customerservice@holidaygiftbasketsonline.com to find out the date when it will be available. Sometimes a particular gift basket may be discontinued or replaced with a new design.
Damaged Goods Policy
Once your order leaves our facility we are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times. We use reputable delivery companies but delays and mishaps can and do occur.
If the chocolates are soft when received, you just need to let them sit at room temperature for a little while and they will harden again. Packages subject to melting include ICE & INSULATION where the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit. This will ensure that the gift baskets will get to their destination without melting. If you receive your package and the chocolates have melted and deformed (not just soft), you are entitled to a refund IF the product was picked up on the day it was delivered. You must contact us before returning the package so we can make arrangements for you to ship us the damaged gift basket and for us to ship you a new one.

Privacy Statement
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address.
