Where can I find your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates can be found on our shipping page.  Once the package is sent,  we will send you an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can track you package.  Just choose "Track your Order" in the upper right of the home page screen and type in your order number.
 

Do you ship outside the United States?

No.

What is the normal shipping time?

Unless the customer has pre-ordered a basket for a later date, we will try to get the orders out within 2-3 business days of the order and shipped by standard rates is should arrived within 2-5 days after that.  If you wish to have your order shipped quicker, when you fill out the shopping cart order form, choose the shipping options for 2nd day or overnight. By choosing one of those options, your order will go out no later than the next day. All items subject to melting will have Ice & Insulation included if the destination city is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit.

Once your order leaves our facility we are NOT responsible for how long it takes for delivery times. We use reputable delivery companies but delays and mishaps can and do occur.

 We make no guarantee on delivery dates unless you order Express Mail.  Failure for a package to arrive on the guaranteed delivery date will result in a full refund of Shipping Fees By the Postal Delivery Carrier.

 Due to shipping issues we will be more than happy to contact the shipping company to help you find out where your package is and to provide you with a Delivery Confirmation Number which can be used to track your package.

When do you insulate your packages ?

We insulate those packages that are subject to melting when going to a destination city where the temperature is over 67 degrees fahrenheit. This ensures that the gift baskets will get to their destination without melting.  If you receive your package and the chocolates have melted and deformed, then contact us and we will make arrangements for you to return  the melted gift basket and for us to ship you a new one or issue a refund.  If the chocolates are soft, you just need to let them sit at room temperature for a little while and they will harden again.

Is Your Ordering Secure?

Absolutely.  Your information is sent by a secure server to your credit card company. Your information is not sent via the internet to our e-mail address or transferred to any other site. This helps avoid the possibility of any hackers getting access to credit card or checking account info as the numbers are being sent en- route.
